There were some problems with this move. Communication was poor. I often couldn't get any one to answer the phone. The day of the move I expected the movers to be there at 8am, they didn't show up until 8pm. Which caused me problems with my landlord and extended my move in to the next day. Mike said they had a death in the family, but no communication was given prior to the move to indicate there would be a problem. He did give me a $40 discount. There were too many problems, would not use again

You really should not complain , You were not even ready to move.I spent most of my time picking up your dirty clothes and taking sheets off your bed. I WOULD NOT move you again.

Shipment delivered in acceptable condition on agreed to schedule. Had only minor damage. Communication generally good. Had a problem when their van proved to be a little too small. Crew went to great lengths to resolve problem by arranging for a trailer to be pulled by the moving van. They get the job done! Owner, Mike Staples, operated with integrity and displayed pride in his company.

Very satisfied w/service - 3 men, equipment was adequate, communication prior to move date was good;Co requested a day prior to our scheduled move. We were able to be flexible enough and agreed to adjustments at the last minute. Important for you to be flexible, with arrival and pickup time. We rRequested additional insurance, and price was a little off per statement amount. Minor inconsistencies, but would recommend this carrier for intrastate HH move.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved.
The shipper was very easy to work with but for reasons that were of no ones fault the shipment
had to be made sooner than origianlly predicted and the timing did not work.
