This shipper seems to really care about the quality of his service. He took extreme care and wrapped the item very well. I would use him again. Although the delivery had a delay due to mechanical difficulties, he contacted us immediately and kept us very up to date on the progress. The response time was great, and the delay had no negative effect on my view of the service as he was so very upfront and professional. I would recommend him to anyone.

Mr. Hill was professional at all times while moving the piano. Also, very personable with a positive attitude. Never hurried which I find important when moving a piece of furniture like this piano. Delivered the piano on time to my daughter. She was very pleased with his moving the piano in. Happy to have her piano - finally! Very satisfied customers from both ends! The bottom line is that I would hire him and recommend him to anyone else again.
