After some technical difficulties between buyer and Don having to put in a new engine
(which I am sure was extremely costly), Don did show up in the time frame he told me. I found him to be a quite trust worthy man who trely enjoyed his work. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again and did infact refer Don to Goff Prof., (the finest Hammond B3 servicing technicians in the U.S.),and I am sure they will use him.

My wife's kawai 48" upright arrived 3 days earlier than expected. It was delivered without a scratch. Don has a great personality and offers great service. It is rare to find such quality in the moving business. We surely will miss him until next time.

Had some delays with pickup due to mechanical problems, but Don kept me constantly updated on the status and was very easy to reach. Also very flexible and accomodating with pickup and delivery. Will definitely use him again.
