Very smooth sailing, plenty of communication, succesful delivery when promised. The piano was still in pretty good tune, even! Would definitely ship with them again.

Don did a good job delivering a piano and bench (family to family). Apparently a slight chip was incurred on the side, at the bottom during pick-up, but it was repaired and barely noticeable upon delivery. We indicated that we were flexible with timing - and with that said, plan to be flexible! The delivery time was good for us, but there were ~4 weeks of phone calls between pick-up and delivery during which we weren't sure when the delivery would be. Don was always responsive though!

My piano was brought to me with great care. Don was professional and courteous. I would hire him again, and highly recommend him. He delivered the piano as I expected, and it was apparent on both ends—pick-up and delivery, that he knows his business. I am very pleased.

Excellent experience. I was fully informed of the progress of the move and plenty of advance notice was given so we could be present when the piano arrived. I would highly recommend this provider and use him again whenever the need and opportunity arises.

Don and James were great; communicative, helpful, careful w/ my shipment. The day of arrival wasn't ideal for me, but considering this cost about 1/3 the amount required by yellow pages companies and came 3 times as fast, that was a minor inconvenience. This is my first u-ship experience and I was nervous... I recomend this service to anyone else out there that is a little "internet-service" phobic!

Toolman did a great job. Everything was set up well in advance of the move date. The actual pick up and drop off was a little bit off, but, not to the point it caused an inconvenience. The piano was handled professionally and received in the same condition it was sent.
Toolman was very helpful to work with and efficient. I would recommend him to anyone and use him again.
