Don did a great job. It took a while for my piano to make it from NY to TX but I was aware of that from the beginning. Don picked it up in NY and stored it until he had a load to TX. He kept me informed all through the process and was flexible in arranging everything. He was a pleasure to deal with and I would use him again if I need anything moved. Highly recommended!

Almost two months went by before our elliptical was delivered to us. Don told us he would deliver it one week after picking it up. After a thousand excuses and the help of customer service at UShip, our elliptical was finally delivered today missing a major piece. Initially Don appears to be a nice man, but he has more excuses than we have ever heard from anyone. He will tell you we were unreasonable. Two other customers had to have thier WHOLE HOUSE moved in TWO trips instead of one. At our expense, & our time.This has never before happened to us. A lovely Don Hill picked up my $900.00 parrot cage June 12, 2006 in Miami Beach.
