The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time.
Toolman had several truck breakdowns and could not pick up shipment even close to agreed upon time. Item is now lost as seller had to move.

Then suddenly, sellere was MOVING out of her house, & Piano had to be gone IMMEDIATELY> Not disclosed.Shipper refused to contact seller after 4weeks of being on Vacation, & neglecting the Piano shipping altogether-by her own admission. We could not get there as fast as we had hoped, to "Bail-out" the shipper. Sorry!

Super Job. Don really did a fine job transporting the antique organ I bought off of ebay. Honestly, I think he did a better job of moving the organ than I could have. I really felt that he cared as much about the safety of my instrument as I did; and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to my friends. Definately a good transaction and a trustworthy guy.

Will not use this provider again. Was supposed to deliver on Jan 10th, called an hour before delivery and said he had car trouble, and didn't call me to give me another delivery day or time. HE MADE OTHER DELIVERIES before mine and he didn't return my calls. Didn't cover and stuff was on top of my treadmill. He was not honest with me and he will probably respond to this and make it look like I was at fault. Fact is he said he would deliver on the 10th and I didn't receive until the 17th.

Response from toolman: Shipper has been less than truthful with the facts. While being down over a holiday weekend with alternator problems on a Swedish truck, we did communicate with her. U-Ship has a record of our attempted e-mails. After getting the necessary repairs, we did deliver one week late. Other deliveries that were time sensitive had to be accomplished before we could make our second attempt at delivery. This was an e-bay purchase for her daughter, and because we were delayed, she tried to make a fede
