Very happily married. We operate a Volvo Moving truck w/liftgate for ease of loading/unloading. My asst. & I are very experienced, as this is our third straight Yr.moving things for folks here on Uship. We try to maintain good communications w/ folks along the way, & are always prepared to protect & move our customer's belongings the right way, & safely. We offer a good value for the $ for our services. We also tow behind, a 20' enclosed car hauler trailer w/ loading ramp for addtl items or vehicles/MC's etc.

But the furniture arrived damaged--with an 8 inch slice in the fabric. Eventually, he offered $100 in compensation. But I can't use a couch with a large tear in it and I two months later, I have yet to receive any compensation. Response from toolman: Item was noted as received to customer. Obviosly, she was'nt told the truth from the seller, who sold it w/ the tear. Offered to step & help defer the expense-but she simply wanted ME to pay for the seller's "mistake". Wanted MUCH more than what I offered, despite fact she accepted it at delivery as it was. Someone is definetly trying to get something for free here, that's for sure! No further communication from her until this report. Very dissapointing U-shipper
