It's been awhile since I had this shipped; but I would not recommend this shipper. He shipped a piano and some other items. Changed the date of pickup 3 times due to vehicle problems. Piano arrived damaged and one piece of furniture lost. I called him and he never responded. Don't know what happened to the table that was lost - didn't offer a refund or nothing! NOT RECOMMENDED!!

It has been over seven months since I paid Toolman and the shipment STILL HAS NOT BEEN COMPLETED! I have had nothing but excuses such as the weather, back problems, truck mechanical problems, etc. etc. I don't know what has happened since Don Hill has mostly positive feedback, but I am at the point of contacting an attorney and also the police to report my item stolen. I would say that if you contract with Toolman, don't pay the entire balance up front. UShip should ban him from their site!

Weather Archives will show that Oklahoma has been wrought w/ severe weather over the past 6 mos.Each time we headed that way, conditions were treacherous. Most recently, we called TWO days ahead of arrival, & no response. 1 WEEK after we completeted our 1200 mile trip, Daughter called to say she was out of town. We will continue to try to get this delivered. When Ice storms-torrential rain & tornadoes abound, we will always cancel any trip to that area, in order to be safe & arrive w/ the items.

On January 10, a family heirloom was picked up by "the toolman". I had agreed to be flexible on the delivery - March or so, but after many excuses and phone calls made by me (he never called me unless it was returning my call), I gave him an ultimatum. He gave me another tentative date and time (6/30/07) and I told him I'd be out of town, but I'd have someone there. He had my address, but decided to drop it at his daughter's house (2 1/2 hours away from my home) instead of bringing it to me.

Called you TWO days prior to arrival & 1 week before as well. Called & left several messages, but you left your only # ( your cell phone..) at home! after we were already out of Utah, you called to tell me you were rafting. And NO-you did'nt tell me you would be out of town. And NO-I do not drive several hrs in the "hope" that someone will be there-SORRY. You said your house would not be ready for 6 months, & there was absolutely no hurry to get it there. Consider it fortunate I left it at all!
