I contacted shipper and explained situation. Was no fault of his, it was item's seller not cooperating. Item was supposed to be on main floor. Very large commericial equipment. Bid specifically states driver would be alone and would need assistance with loading. Item seller at pickup point was unwilling to assist. I am no longer in area and cannot handle this shipment

While in route my trailer came in contact with some road debris blowing 2 tires on passenger side. Have photo to prove. I had to put on used passenger car tires to get trailer home empty. Did not have 2 spares. Tires put on trailer would not support a load. I am booked and do not have time to reschedule shipment.

Very good Mover. Recommend them very highly. Jason was very friendly on time and with all the paper work you need. He took cared my furniture like his own. Every body was very friendly. Felt like friends are helping me out for moving. If you are first timer like me using uship and Jason bid for your move then don’t hesitate.

This service provider is AWESOME!!!!!!!!! Very professional, responsible, very reliable and most importantly, he picks up his phone whenever I called him! This service provider went out of his ways to make sure the item was picked up as scheduled. In the process, it cost him time and money. This guy kept me updated about everything from start to finish! I will do business with him any day!!!!! I know my stuff will be safe with him and it will reach me, in time!

Can't believe I found someone so reliable that also took great care with my shipment. Jason and Adam arrived on time, packed everything with great care, and delivered by an agreed upon time. Items were in great conditions upon arrival. Communication was excellent. I would use them again and will recommend them to anyone I know that wants a dependable mover. I've had many unpleasant experiences moving items and this one could not have gone smoother.
