There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved.
After the customer stated he was going to pay 1/2 down for shipping and I was on my way to the next stop to pick up the deposit, customer called and left a message that my insurance had been cancled and that he had to cancel the deposit. I told him I was on my way home to contact the insurance company. Fri. I sent them what they needed and they told me it would be at least Mon. before everything way straightned out. I notified Tony and let him know that I would contact him as soon as I heard so
