I had a hard time try to contract with the DAS person via email from the beginning. Then the estimate time of arrival of my car he gave me is WAY OFF, I end out drop my car in too early, and have to arrange my friend to pick the car up for me because they will have to charge me for extra days of parking in the lot. Also, the receptionist in Liden location is very rude. However, the contact person in Dallas is much better. It will have to do better to stay in business in tough time like this.
