The bid was accepted, and no way to schedule a pick up without conformation. We have a strong record, and do not leave customer without any pick up. Emails, we also send, as we have documented proof. Our 1800# is very clear, and the only call that was made was last night at 11pm EST. Thank you

This is the first time I received any feed back on a shippment completed back in Aug. I never received any calls from this shipper.If that was true?? Why pay for damaged property. I can also provide a copy of the canceled check.
