Tom was excellent to deal with. He stepped in and delivered where others had failed to follow through. Tom was quick to pick up my tractor, and delivered the day after he picked it up, which was a day sooner than he expected. Tom kept me up to date, calling when he picked up the tractor to let me know he was enroute and again when he got close so I could meet him. Tom was friendly and helpful with unloading and getting everything situated. I would highly recommend Tom for your hauling needs.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The shipment was going to be picked up in New York State and they received alot of snow. The item could not be picked up before the carrier had to leave.
