Communication was difficult with service provider. Was forced to cancel order, and only after this did they make an effort to communicate. Used the provider and was happy in the end with actual delivery.
Response from applog:
We gave the customer an eta and stuck to it. The customer was advised via email since we could not reach them to advise of the drivers location.
