A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved TOM - AS YOU RECALL ON THE DAY THE BID WAS ACCEPTED, I FELT THAT A FRIDAY DELIVERY WAS POSSIBLE, EVEN THOUGH YOU HAD PREFERRED THURSDAY. I INDICATED YOUR SHIPMENT WOULD HAVE BEEN BEST LISTED AS AN URGENT ONE, RATHER THAN FLEXIBLE DATES, AND I OFFERED TO CANCEL THE AGREEMENT THAT DAY, IN TEH EVENT DELAYS OCCURRED. WELL, BETWEEN HITTING THE TOP HALF OF THE ATLANTA FLOOD STORM YESTERDAY AND BEING UBABLE TO GET A CUSTOMER'S BIKE TILL 9AM THIS MORNING, IT'S A DEFINITIVE ANSWER THAT THIS WEEK DELI

I think you have me confused with someone else we have never and I mean NEVER spoke to each other period you never answer your phone or return mesaages..even your so called text messages never got to me..look if you can't do a delivery then don't except the bid and make excuses and blame the customer that he has unrealistic expectations if you had actually talked to me on the phone we could have resolved this from the start..but thanks to you I have found a real professional delivery company

Sometimes you meet people that just enjoy helping other people out instead of them thinking there doing us a favour..After dealing with a very unreachable and unco-operating shipper called JUSTCALL2HAUL(also a smartass)it was so nice to hear Beck's voice within minutes of accepting my shipment.. he also kept in contact the entire trip..in fact getting there a day earlier..his customer service is above and beyond I would use him again in a heartbeat..Thanks my new friend see you in the future AAA

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services I can't believe uship has this guy on here,in all my life I have never been dealt with as poorly as from this guy.This guy has never answered his phone period..doesn't reply to text's and only sends stupid emails that don't make sense..NEVER and I say NEVER use this guy unless you want to drive yourself crazy.you can email me at premier@g3telecom for greater details.Oh ya in all his negative responses he's never wrong but in this case my bike is still in KC I hope he looses money for screwing me

LOL...from the moment we first spoke and you had impatient hothead written all over you. :) IF you read my email, you would know that cell/text service cuts out in rural areas, like south Missouri where I delivered Tuesday (and got ultra ++ feedback), but you take this personally? I offered to cancel the agreement from our first talk since you needed bike Thursday and that was NOT listed in your ad - and I felt this 'best case scenario' wouldn't fly. U still accepted. Unrealistic expectations.
