8 out of 9 boxes arrived undamaged. The ninth box (labeled FRAGILE in big letters) was falling apart, but the items inside were undamaged. Communication was friendly but sporadic. The pickup date was moved once, delivery dates were moved several times. The ninth box arrived a week later than the other items.

gave me sideboard with broken marble. He did delivery very quickly and I noticed the damage immediately just released. I phoned and he told me that he was already out Rome(???)and that he’ll report the marble that was in his van.It’s a month that he says that he reports it and I trusted.(I kept all email as evidence) Now he does not answer to email and phone. What can I do to get a refund broken marble although long time pasted for his fault and I trusted?Not correct refuses to work problem.

Tomas and his team transported a bike for me(UK to Germany).I was worried as it was 1st item I sent on uship,but I had a brilliant experience!Very nice contact with Tomas who organised for his team to pick up my bike.When they arrived they were very kind too and I felt more at ease.When the bike was delivered again they were very nice and double-checked with me the items to be delivered.The bike had been secured properly against the inside of the van. Perfect service at a very competitive price!

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved I'm not able to accomodate this shipment for this price as book it now price was 0 and I have pressed button in mistake when price sadendly appeared after confirmation as I was trying find out how much is at stake. I have found this price unsatisfied,didn't have chance to take it back.

Darauf hin habe ich den Spediteur angerufen und ihn gebeten sich telefonisch mit unserem Kunden in Verbindung zu setzen. Auch dies ist nicht erfolgt. Ich habe heute, erfolglos, mehrmals versucht den Spediteur telefonisch zu erreichen.
