I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period Due to circumstances beyond my control, I had to change the scheduled pick up date. I notified this shipper the moment I became aware of the change. This required that I also change flight and hotel reservations, as I am flying from WA state to Texas to supervise the loading and pick up of my belongings. The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Horrible experience. Confirmed arrival the DAY OF pickup and then disappeared 3 hours before pickup after I questioned their U-ship account suspension and requested insurance docs. I never said they should not come, I only asked for clarification. My fiance had to be out of her apartment on date of pickup and they simply left us hanging and ignored our phone calls. We missed our engagement party and were up until 3AM working on getting everything out. Will be pursuing legal action. Cowar

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I attempted to contact Todd Wright by phone for the entire week simply seeking an acknowledgement. I received no reply so I sumised that I would need to seek alternate shipping. Missed connections is my reason for dis-satisfaction on this shipment.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period Mover did not respond to phone calls or emails after acceptance of bid and agreed date of move, April 24th. Mover then did not contact on said date and belongings were not picked up. As my belongings are being stored at a friends, which shipper was aware of, I cannot inconvenience friend with an unresponsive or unreliable mover.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment they did not had come thru San Diego for they have no room and they can do in may but i need now. they are nice people and they had tried to help us but cannot do it at this time according their email to us 0n 4-18-11.
