Firstly, his truck was too small for the UTV, but he insisted this would not be a problem. It ultimately was a costly mistake. Communication was poor. Delivery was late .... which lead to him dumping my UTV (pulling it from the bed of his truck) in a parking lot because he could not instantly get unloaded the morning he arrived at the destination (about 7 days late). Lots of issues... too many to write about in detail.

When I showed up to the destination the business had no clue that I was delivering the UTV and the employee threatened me to get off his property. The UTV was not dumped it was rolled off with a ramp at the end of the block and then driven to the store.

Do not use Todd as your shipping provider. He took 18 days to ship boat. The communication was very un professional and I have saved all of his communication via email to send to anyone who wants to do a background check on him. Not to mention when my boat arrived it had a broken windshield of which he or his insurance did not pay for. His insurance company told me he does not have insurance to cover anything he ships. Using him has cost me not only alot of time but now alot of money as well.

During transit Kyle made several threats on my life. 2 spring snowstorms were huge delays in transport. Truck broke down 30min from his house and was offered a discount to meet me with his truck and told me to F off. When told about my dog pickup that i was late to he said "I don't give a F about the dog in the kill shelter or your future child" He refused to give me an estimate on the windshield caused by a tire blow out. UShip was sent all emails/texts by me and none from Kyle!

Todd was good to deal with. Always answered phone call or texts to keep me posted on status of the shipment. Got a little delayed because of weather, but from San Diego to SE Michigan in about 3 days isn't bad at all. Would definitely recommend to anyone here. Everything arrived safe and sound, thanks Todd!

The reason for the delay was that the recent snowstorm that shut down I-5 in California and Nevada push my whole route back 2 days, this was one of those "with weather permitting" issues that come about during transit. Tried to reach Todd daily. Todd never returned any calls or emails after 5/23 when he said he would be at our place the next night. He missed our first date for shipment, we offered to extend two weeks with no response from him. I wish Todd would have simply called and said that he was longer interested in doing this serivce so that we could have found another provider. As a customer I am not sure what more we could have done to communicate or adjust the schedule.

No Detailed Feedback Available After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider The shipping company supposed to pick up the bike on the second week of may 2012 after talking with them on the phone. 3rd week allready,i'm calling them,they saying what they need 3-4 days more,transmission failed.After next 4 days no one picking up the phone anymore.They ended up calling me another week later and saying what they have been robbed.They said somebody took there money,cellphones and even one of the motorcycles from the trailer...WHAT!?!?!? That was enough from me and i canceled

No Detailed Feedback Available I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I've waited two months. Todd had essentially responded twice. First to collect a deposit. Secondly (3 wks after scheduled pickup) with story re truck breakdown, armed robbery, and Uship leaving him stranded. He responded those times via phone, text and email. I've tried to work with him, but he's not responded after 3 additional weeks, his main phone is disconnected, and he doesn't answer his cell phone or respond to text msg's or emails. He's also been suspended from Uship. I hope he's ok

(Account Representative) and she will issue a full refund versus the UShip credit mentioned on this form. To recap, I have made over 100 attempts to reach Todd be email and phone with no response since 5/23 when he promised he would be at my house 5/24. He was suppose to deliver the boat 5/25 in Havasu. I even extended an offer for him to deliver by 6/12 with no response.

uShip suspended my account due to a monetary dispute with a previous customer and went against their own policy. Uship left me stranded in the middle of no where by not letting me bid on other bookings in order to help me compensate for the loss that I occurred for a shipment earlier in the month.

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The service provider was supposed to pick up the ATV the week of May 7th and deliver it to Montana by the 15th. Provider has not yet contacted MLS Powersports to make arrangements to pick up the ATV, and has not contacted the person it was to be delivered to. I have left several voice mails and 2 e-mails which have gone unanswered. Last week I contacted U-Ship and they left a message for the provider to call me and that too went unanswered.
