A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved.
I first emailed this customer a contract and boat prep letter that he never sent back.I called the customer, no answer then I emailed him. I did reach him until 8pm and told him that we had the driver on the way to him and we would be there soon. He double booked and didn't want to cancel the other shipper. Can't blame us for his double booking. Sorry.
