9/21/2007	Service Provider	Cancellation	bartleydad (3)	The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment. Service provider had damage to their Trailer and was unable to provide service at this time at agreeded terms. mutual agrement to cancel at this time. I may have a shipment next week, and may be able to accomodate you then. Sorry about the problem.

His movers were professional, and his equipment is nice and new. Tom is also very good at communicating with you every step of the way. His estimate is his final cost. No extra or hidden fees. Due to a time schedule problem, he went above and beyond the normal way other movers would have handled the delivery and got our delivery there ahead of schedule. I feel Tom is more than professional. He also cares about the people he is moving. I would highly recommend Tom's company and would use them again. They are extremely professional and friendly - very dedicated to their work. This was our 3rd across country move, but the first time we let someone else do the driving and it was wonderful and stress-free because of Tom and his company. I couldn't have asked for better. 10/4/2006	Service Provider	Positive	65rambler (1)	Shipment was picked up in Mesa, Arizona and delivered to Hamilton, Georgia as promised. Due to circumstances that were out of his control pickup was delayed by a day. Shipper went out of his way to provide help in loading truck so that we could stay on schedule. The truck arrived on the day promised and our household goods were in great condition. I would recommend this shipper to anyone that needs to move near or far. Very positive experience.
