His drop off turned out to be hundreds of miles from where he was to pick up this item. He would not pick up the machine for my client. This is the first and last time I will book for someone other than myself. The client was wonderful to work with I accept responsibility for his troubles. I am mailing a $100 check for his troubles and I would certainly recommmend him to other shippers. Again, I apologize for the inconvenien
