The worst experience of my life! Trust me you do not want to do business with these movers.With only so much I can write I'll be brief. Unloaded our stuff in a tropical storm,didn't call to tell us we had water damage, we had to call them. Took 3 weeks to get our stuff, couldn't get a hold of anyone EVER! When they came they demanded the rest of the money and some.When we saw our stuff some of it was missing and half of it was completely ruined!O and I found his MUG SHOT online!http://florida.ar

Overall, my move went well. All items delivered in good condition. The main area they could improve on is email communication. Very slow to respond on email, but when I called them, the lady was very helpful and responsive. Like most movers, they didn't show up exactly on time, but I knew to expect that and they did call 30 minutes before pickup and delivery to give us a heads up. The delivery guys went out of their way to help me out. I would use them again.

Outstanding! These guys were patient, delivered on time, even went out of their way to help place it inside. The shipment was in perfect conditions, well wrapped, very well taken care of. Thanks very much!

Warning Horrible movers!!! Worst experience we have ever had with movers. They took 4 days to move us and they sent inexperienced college kids that ruined our furniture and walls. The owner Billy would not return calls or txt. They were a day late delivering and never offered compensation as it stated in their contract. This is a very shady company!!

This move did not go smootly because the customer was not truthful about the items they were transporting. IMPOSSIBLE to mistake such an EXTREME difference. But we were able to complete this move for this customer at a rate that was actually much lower than our cost incurred to complete this move. NONE of my team members are in college, and all have been in the moving business for many years. Very unfortunate that we were unable to satisfy this customer after all that was done.

My items were picked up on time and delivered on time. Items were received without any issues. All items were wrapped with blankets. Very organized, they tagged each item for inventory and produced the inventory list at the time of delivery to ensure all items were pulled off the truck. The young men who delivered my items were very polite. I would use this service again!

Tines Transfer did a great job with the shipment. Kept in great communication with the customer and was on time in both the pick up and delivery. Also, no complaints on the loading and unloading of the customer's household items.
