The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment.
I want to make sure my deposit is credited back to me. I accepted a bid from Timexexpress to move a piano, but the shipper was unable to complete the job because he was injured and in the hospital...which is of course excusable. However, I want to make sure I get the deposit back. I'm sure the vendor will agree.
