Shipment arrived with no problems. Pick-up and Delivery occurred without a hitch, and right on time. Communication between dispatcher, driver, and personnel was fast and accurate.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment.
Bid accepted on Jan 31; item was to be picked up on Feb 4; shipper did not call when he said he would and did not pick up the item. I left numerous phone messages that were not returned. Later that week I received a call from a different shipper, a subcontracter, I guess -- original shipper had not mentioned another shipper. Second shipper made partial arrangements to pick up the item and then stopped calling. Original shipper then re-appeared -- he said he'd had a family problem but that he

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period.
I have tried to reach the service provider via phone since Friday and cannot locate him. I have left a voice mail on his phone and did not get a response. Further, I have contacted two different phone numbers as listed on his website and both are non working numbers. I'm having a bad experience already and hesitate to follow through with the move. thanks.

The shipper could not pick up the machine because it was not paletized. The pictures showed that the item was not paletized but they bid on it and asked for it to be paletized before pickup.
