Impossible to reach except when shipper needed information. Recv'd no form of paperwork detailing contract until 10:30 pm on day of pick-up. Paperwork purposely vague. Shipper sent 1 man w/no dolly, and no furniture pads to load entire apartment, incl. double dresser, dining table and sofa. Client & friends forced to do most of the loading and ALL of the unloading. Pristine bdrm set and dining chairs RUINED. Rec'd unsatisfactory refund only after bugging every day for 4 wks. Do not risk it!

From the very beginning, the lack of communication and customer service was the worst I have ever encountered. After two months of dealing with Timex Express we finally got our item. They did not respond to our many e-mails or phone calls asking when they would make delivery and our wine refrigerator was damaged on arrival!It has a dent on the front door and one of the feet was broken off. How can we be reimbursed for this? I would not use this company again.

I needed to ship a couple of dressers from the west coast to the east coast. Service was not notably speedy, but the shipper knew from the outset that my timing was flexible. Workers were courteous and responsible. A good experience overall that I would repeat.

Item arrived damaged, shipper promised numerous times to refund the $50 cost to repair but no such luck. AMEX notified of seller's failure to refund. If not for this issue, uShip shipment transaction was smooth. Communication should have been better. Shipper should have resolved problem without having to get the credit card issuer involved.
