I no longer need my item(s) shipped The shipment is no longer needed, the item was damaged and not as described so I no longer need the shipping services. However, the shipper is great and had great communications the whole time.
I agree to cancellation with a full refund not a Uship 10% and a 90% refund. I need the full amount refunded.

The shipment listing was misrepresented and the service provider cancelled The shipper was over three hours late arriving at the pick up location. His rented moving truck was insufficient to haul the trailer. The shipper did not know anything about standardized hookups for electrical/brakes etc. He looked at the hitch and thought it was not standard..the trailer is a brand new corn pro dump bed trailer..very standard in both hitch type and electrical connections. The shipper was rude both on the phone and in person. Never would recommend to anyone. Response from thzig: The customer misrepresented their shipment and I cannot service it: The trailer had a different connection that could not be paired with the truck. Shipper knew ahead of time what kind of truck was being used and simply forgot to mention that it required a different connection. Upon inspecting the trailer it was also apparent that the weight was far more than listed. It was agreed ahead of pick up that any additional items would be placed inside the truck for a fee. Beware of this one!!!

I had planned to move across the country and ship most of my personal belongings using Shlomo's service. Because of some serious health issues in my family, I decided to cancel the move at the last minute despite Shlomo's very fair bid. Shlomo was not only kind and understanding at my sudden change of plans but a complete gentleman. He is someone who throughout the process of setting up my shipment was professional, easy to get a hold of, kind, quick on his feet, willing to com Response from thzig: promise and problem solve when I requested to add a few additional boxes. I had full confidence in him to deliver and execute what he promised to do. My dealings with him gave me confidence that services like uship can really work. I would definitely use him in the future to move my things when my plans solidify. I think anyone who works with Shlomo will be lucky, treated fairly and with kindness.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider After our first communication and lengthy conversation to make arrangements the shipper was rude, abrupt and I am not comfortable shipping my pieces of furniture with this shipper to my clients. Response from thzig: It took shipper 3 weeks to return my calls to coordinate pick up which is untimely when trying to coordinate 30 different pick ups and drop offs on any given trip. to return my call 2 days before a scheduled pick up is simply untimely which is what I relayed to shipper while at the same time requesting that shipper return my calls in a timely manner. Out of 206 matches I have only cancelled twice while 2 other shipments that are listed as cancellations were done in error. Please take notice.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved Today, I was ready to pay. The provider did not communicate with me during these 10 days to let me know he was picking up extra items, thus cutting down my 5' of space to 4'. I can not afford to have my belongings left behind. Poor communication has led to this cancellation. Response from thzig: There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved Shipper was requested to forward a deposit on the day that he accepted the bid. More than 10 days went by and shipper promised a number of times that he would forward the deposit. I am not comfortable moving forward.

Service Provider cancelled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward Response from thzig: After communicating directly, I was not comfortable with this customer. The customer required full service pack/wrap for a large amount of fragile & valuable items (blanket wrap not applicable)that required additional labor/materials and my bid was for loading service+1 60" TV wrap. The customer did not accept the terms of the bid.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I received a message by phone from the Service Provider that they will no longer be able to accomodate my request. I would like my deposit refunded. Response from thzig: By the time the shipper had accepted my bid I was already on the road and determined prior to my departure that I had not enough loads to schedule a return trip to NY. I had attempted to cancel the bid prior to my departure so that shipper would be aware of this fact yet the "cancel bid" did not go through. I am truly sorry for any misunderstanding regarding this matter.
