Customer no longer needs their item(s) shipped.
Since uShip has a cancellation policy that goes against the carriers for "excessive cancellations" I am rejecting this for the following reasons. I tried to pick up the unit and unit wasn't able to be loaded. I broke my winch trying to pull it onto my trailer. Customer paid for the service already. This transaction was completed to a certain degree seeing that I drove 1,000 miles + for machine, spent 3 hrs trying to load machine, etc. Customer would still be responsible for mileage & time on job

Response from thowbo: God bless u for taking my $3200 for a work u did not do. I gave u enough time to p/u because u said u want to be in the area before u can p/u. When u went u said the combine had a clutch problem & u couldn't move it so you have made arrangements with Waterloo implements to move it to their shop for reapairs the & in 2 weeks' time u will p/u if I pay u, I wired the money to u and didn't hear from u until I requested my money back. uShip has ruled in my favor. So send my money back to me.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved.
We have been plagued by many different problems with the moving of this unit but the most is the weather in the state where the unit is at and also the fact that the customer's representative is making and communicating unneccessary threats and demands and it is best that Mehat Transportation decline and refuse to provide service at this time.
