A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved THE DRIVER IS READY TO PICK UP THE ITEM BUT, THE DEALERSHIP IS NOT OPEN ON MONDAYS. DRIVER IS UNABLE TO HANG AROUND ANOTHER DAY TO PICK UP THE ITEM TUESDAY MORNING. Response from thouser: no fault of shipper he was unaware of dealer not being open on Mondays . I could not wait around because of other scheduled delivers.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Provider cancelled shipment without warning. He didn't return recent calls. He never notified me about cancelling outside of the site. This ended up costing me a lot in storage fees. Disappointed. Response from thouser: There is no way to cancel a shipment outside of the site. Shipment was canceled as per uship policy.

I think I should be entitled to all my money back. He really doesn't have family obligations. Here is a email that he sent me.
Hey Rodney just wanted to stay in touch and let you know we will be leaving tomorrow for are current route. Just wanted to let you know we would like to deliver thursday instead of friday. We need to be back in pa by sat and have to go back to illnois to pick up a vehicle after we make your delivery.
