I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period.
I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period. I have been unable to reach this service provider by phone and he was suppose to call both me and the person who he was meeting to pick up my items. I have left several messages and so has the person who was waiting to meet him.

When I was trying to get this shipment arranged he would answer the phone and had no problems, but after he missed two different pick up dates, I have called at least 20 times with no response. BAD BUSINESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I had to cancel a lot of other appointments due to him lying about everything!

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment.
The accepted bid was based on an open trailer service to be performed. Thomas came to pick up the boat with a closed trailer. The boat (and the boat trailer) would not fit. We have waited for Thomas to find another means of transport, but he has not been able to provide another solution.
