The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Showed up 24 hours late. Didn't have a drivers license to show for identification. Wanted to put my Vespa into a mini van.

I did forget my license this shoot not be reason to cancel transaction an I do this business for long time and I know what I am doing, the mini van was modified to transport small motorcycle and I,am full insured this is my business what vehicle I will use to do it as long as is safe and deliver with no damage to the costumer.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment Service provider did not tell me untl he was almost at the pickup address that he had a minivan and was pulling a boat. I envisioned from the ad and his referance to a van that he meant "moving van". I doubted it would fit, but I wasn't sure. Also, he said he would call back to see if we had someone to help since he was alone. We could not assure him, so he just did not call back. So, he misrepresented himself and left us hanging. We didn't cancel him.
