The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment.
the service provider was on the way to pick up my bike and someone hit and disable his truck. however he did call me to notify my of this incident. I also made a deposit of the 10% that was required of me, will i be reimburst and how do i re list my bike to be reshipped?

I had an email this morning, 2/22/08,(the day which the move was supposed to take place) from Andy that told of an accident which occurred last night in Sacramento - which he said will prevent him from hauling this shipment as contracted.

Andy is very dedicated and is customer service oriented. He is just starting his own business. I would use him again if time wasn't critical and I could be available for five day windows for pickup and delivery. Once he is in town, he is very flexible and will pick up or drop off at your convenience. I shipped one bed and mattress across the country and it took him 19 days due to weather delays and the fact that some of his other customers backed out at the last minute. Andy is a hard worker

Response from thewizz17: Mr. Jordan paid his deposit when we got there and helped us load up his large queen size mattress and boxspring. He stuck with me during the Big Blizzard in Milwaukee and patiently waited for us to deliver. It took us awhile due to some cancelling on me. He waited until I found other loads so that I wouldn't loose money on this. I would work for him again in a heartbeat. Thanks! Andy.

We gave the provider 3 chances:
- The first agreed upon date, my brother waited at the agreed time and location for 3 hours. He didn't show and didn't call.
- The second day, he agreed to call before the Superbowl started to schedule a time later that day. He didn't call at the agreed upon time and, when he couldn't reach my brother at home, did not call his cell phone.
- He didn't call or show up on the third agreed-upon date.
We're done.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period.
I left several calls and emails with no replys, the service provider was supposed to pick up the item on 2/8, to date the item has not been picked up. I no longer feel this provider is trust worthy, I would like my deposit refunded.

Response from thewizz17: I would like this cancellation deleted from my profile. If you look under shipments from Wisconsin, you will see this listed again. Now it is way up farther than he told me it was. This is why I did not pick it up. I am in business to help those who like to help themselves and be honest.
