We are qualified in packing, loading and unloading. We take pride in servicing our customers to make sure that they are "fully satisfied" from start to finish. We have been in business for 3 years and have been moving people for 20 years. We are LISCENSED in 48 states and can also ship internationly. We have completed over SIX HUNDRED MOVES in the past three years; only one complaint with the BBB which was handled in a timely manner and resolved. Our employees' are paid well. They are polite, committed, effective, efficient, and professional. We have over SIXTY YEARS of van line experience. We have many wonderful references. Our equipment is inspected before each move and annualy inspected. We are enrolled in a federally mandated drug testing program. We were recently audited by the United States Department of Transportation with excellent results. We also carry a $20,000 cargo insurance policy, which is full coverage insurance for each shipment. Thanks so much to Mike. He kept in touch and was very fast at getting my shipment to me. Would certainly use him again in the future. My first try at moving this hideabed was not so good so I was a little worried about trying it again. Everything worked like a charm. Again, thanks Mike!

I had a horrible experience, and will likely never use uship again because of it. Many of my things arrived broken or damaged - dishes, lamps, furniture. Worst of all, he forgot several of my things on his truck and took more than a MONTH to finally return them. While Mike is nice, his service is unprofessional, he is flaky and I do not recommend him to anyone.

I loaded up the customers goods that were in storage in georgia.None of the items were packed.I wasw as careful as I could have been.I delivered her goods in a timely manner to her father which signed the bill of lading stating that there was no damage which there was not.I did miss 3 lamps ,1 glass top and 1 bag of shoes.I called the customers father the next day and he told me to deliver the items to austin where she was moving to the first week in august.I delivered the goods on aug14th sorry

Mike was great and the price was very reasonable. He kept me posted every step of the way. I was a little nervous about the whole thing because 1) I have never moved before and 2) I had never used Uship before, but Mike assured me that everything would be fine and it was. Only one minor item was forgotten and he called me and told me about it right away and told me he would post it first thing in the morning. I would totally work with him again. Thanks Mike! - Jakey
