They did not ask questions and then asked for $100 more after loading the tractor. I had provided pictures and information. They did not have the right equipment and did not seem very professional.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment.
The car its not ready to pickup today and they are by there, pretty good comunication with him, very nice and responsible person, if i have the oportunity again i will hire him....

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved.
The shipment was not ready for release when the shipper was available for pick-up. The shipper followed up and conducted business accordingly. Good job!

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time.
I was already in Las Vegas speaking with him, and basically, he blew me off. I took off work, left my 6 month old behind in IL and spent lots of money to fly not only myself, but a friend to help me out there, and he had his wife call and say he was sick. Later, he had thrown his back out.

Theo and his wife did an EXCELLENT job. Picked up a very expensive motorhome and 4-wheeler for me and delivered it 500 miles in one day. Highly recommend. Can't go wrong with this crew!
