A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The people that i was shipping the dog to pulled out our agreement and no longer want the dog.

Shipper failed to give me any delivery or pickup information. I called 3 times and sent 5 emails trying to get information. It would have been nice if he would have simply informed me the shipment was cancelled, but instead I read it in my feedback. He read the emails and listened to the phone messages but still would not talk to me...very rude
