For: Antique wooden desk / chair set - Florida to Brook

The desk set arrived in one piece and that is all that matters. Jim was friendly and got the job done. However, he promised "white-glove service" that included "special booties" on the legs of the furniture, which were not there. I said there wouldn't be help at delivery and that his bid would include 3rd floor carry. Instead, I have a sore back from helping to carry the pieces upstairs. He came without notice, 4 days later than he said he would. He notified me every couple of days to the delay.
Response from I95TRANSPORTER:
With all due respect, your desk set was in very poor condition and my decision to blanket wrap each piece (including legs) was the more effective method. So you did get "white glove service". YOU did offer to carry the (2) small drawers, I CARRIED THE DESK. My many calls including Sunday night, you stated that you work at home and agreed to delivery for just after 12-noon on Monday...YOU WERE VERY HAPPY WITH DELIVERY BUT DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SELLERS MISREPRESENTATION OF THE SET...I DON'T GET IT
