don, well let me tell you somthing about don i meet him on u ship this was my 2nd time using uship the first time was not such a good expereince look out for the driver (Jerry Oliver) he was reason i almost never went back on uship again if not for don i most likly would still not use uship

The Donald made it crystal clear that his bid was complete before I accepted. Upon arrival he demanded an additional $120.00 for tolls, refused to show the receipt's and/or the shipment until I paid the full amount in cash. Communications became nonexistant after I accepted the bid, Donald's cell phone was never set up for messaging. He gave his girlfriend's cell number but she was confused as to his where abouts. I would not use this driver again.

The comunication needs work and it took longer than expected...But, Don was nice, took good care of my shipment, and the PRICE was more than fair! I will use Don again for my East Coast shipments!

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment Serious miscommunication problems. Shipper at first said that he did not have pickup information and that he had a breakdown. I said I was willing to wait for his next run. I called a week later to get status he then said he called the number my number from uship and it was disconnected. My number is not disconnected and is correctly listed. I also sent him two emails and he never responded.
