A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved.
The customer was clear about when he needed this item transported, & in our dialog prior to his acceptance, we felt our driver would be able to make it to the pickup during the hours given, however he was not able to get there in time. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused him.
