After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider Provider needed to do outside the uship, I refused to do so.
That is the reason why I want to cancel the payment

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services The service provider did not provide service when he laid out the schedule for delivery. I have had direct conversation with the service provider and he did not meet the deadlines that he set out for himself. One of his emails indicated that he had a problem with employees and that was the reason for the delay. he assured me that the shipment would get done at a reduced cost if I would not give negative feedback. I agreed to this , but have still not seen the delivery of goods. Mr. Tony Gardner

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The service provider since day one has asked us to provide him with the payment code. We refused and explained to him in an email that per Uship's own rules he would only receive the payment code once delivery was completed. He complained a great deal on the first calls about the fees he is charged by Uship, in an effort to move things along we did offer to financially assist with those fees. His bid was fair and we did not expect over $300 of his bid to go toward fees. He was also told that the Response from tgardner907: Set up for picks was delayed because of a truck break down and advised chuck of this. Fee was talked about because he asked how much we where charged and advised him . Chuck instantly said he will pay the differance. I told him didnt half to but insisted on it.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The service provider used Hurricane Sandy as an excuse to not pick up and deliver my shipment, even though I told him that there was no damage in the area and the roads to the destination are clear and open. I think the provider lost other deliveries to the area where my cargo is located and decided to leave me high and dry even though he agreed to the price and accepted my job. Response from tgardner907: I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment I was in the area on the 20th and nick put shipment on hold so we left area. Know do to hurricane Sandy i can not pick this shipment up. I have spoke with several people in area along the route that i have done shipments for. One is a state trooper.(he said stay away from area if i can). They all advised me to wait to travel threw area. West Virgina and Pa and Maryland witch are covered in several feet of snow with down power lines.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Poor communication with service provider. He did not return phone calls, made excuses several times regarding arranged pickup date and time. The first scheduled pickup was scheduled for 10/23. I did not hear from him until 10/24 and he said he was on the east coast and had no cell phone reception and wanted to reschedule pickup date. Next scheduled pickup date was for 10/29 but I had told him in prior conversations that business is CLOSED on Mondays and item could not be picked up on Mondays. Response from tgardner907: 1st there was no agreed pick update just a general time frame. He was advised several times via emails that do to the hurricane coming that shipments we being delayed. Then we schedule it to be picked up and was cancelled by him telling me store was closed on mondays. He was advided would try and reschedule for next day. He was advised that my customers on tuesday and wed could not reschedule because customers have two give border 72 hr notice. He then said he would pick item himself.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services The transporter showed up and took my item to be shipped. the item has never been shipped, and they will let me get a hold of them. I want this transcation cancelled and my money back Response from tgardner907: No One misrepresented themselves, their business or their services. we made a attempt to deliver this item to the address provided in are time frame and they refused shipment. You and customer where advised it went back to are shop. Then it was shipped out again and while the truck was en route you called uship and cancelled. then you were advised to come and pick it up from are shop and you got stupid and the police were called.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Pickup dates were cancelled twice due to his families emergencies. Driver never showed up. Never Returned emails or phone calls. After cancelling through uShip, he is refusing to refund us. We made many attempts to reschedule.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved Tony and his associate were fantastic, very patient with my boss. We added a unit to original deal and my boss was not truthful about availability of additional unit. Tony invested 48 hours of his time to try and make deal work. In the end the two couldn't come to agreement on price. In my opinion Tony was very fair in his price, I may have even requested more money. My boss just had leverage he tried to use and the two couldn't come to an agreement. Response from tgardner907: We had no problem tell he wanted to change are price we agreed on and LIE to US and the CUSTOMER, Refused to give us the shipment and spent two days there, customer even wanted to pay us , but he REFUSED to give units up that were paid in full, I would NEVER BUY OR DO ANY BUSINESS WITH HONDA WAREHOUSE OUT OF DAVENPORT, IA.
