A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved.
After sending driver to pick up this vehicle, the car was not able to be released as it was not paid for - so the driver left empty handed. We did not charge the customer any additional fees for the no load - BUT we cannot accomodate any future dates, as we are booked - and the auction is charging the customer more money each day - so need to cancel this shipment, we will refund the money to customer and permit the customer to find another shipper to reduce their storage costs.
