After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider I have shipped thousands of pallets from same location and by various trucklines and have never been asked so many questions for which I do not have the answers nor understand. Too many delays,I should have had this shippment by now.I am not saying they are bad they just do not meet my needs and are slow in communicating. Response from terracorelogistics: Customer's credit card info was received after business hours. We e-mailed the customer the following morning before 10am confirming his pickup and that we needed his NMFC Item number (provided his own freight class) and declared value for the bill of lading. We did not hear from him until 2:30pm. After a chain of e-mails through 7:00pm he still would not provide a declared value required for household goods. Shadey customer.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Truck was not available at the time/date it was booked. Was asked to pay a higher rate to get the truck at the time it was needed. Kane kept in contact with me, but there just was not a workable solution for either of us. Response from terracorelogistics: Thanks for your patience with us on this load. I'm sorry we couldn't get a truck to you in the planned time.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved The service provider and I were not able to come to a final conclusion on the price/delivery of the shipment. So we both agreed that a cancellation of this job was in the best interest for both of us.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period reason is not the shipper or min but we both agreed to the cancellation because the price changes is not fair to me or the shipper.please accept the cancellation. Response from terracorelogistics: No problem. We'll be happy to work with you when you find a new seller.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment This was a shipping service. The shipper could not provide a truck when stated. When the truck was finally ready they didn't have a Bill Of Lading and cancelled the pick up until one was available. The shipper said they would have the BOL with them at time of pick up and only needed the seller to sign the BOL. This caused the seller of the item (to be picked up) to back out of the deal. This was an EBAY linked transaction and the Item was an EBAY transaction. I have already gotten a refund for t Response from terracorelogistics: This is incorrect. The customer was provided detailed instructions by e-mail with login and password to our website with access to tracking, bill of lading and invoicing. The customer's seller called the carrier and cancelled the order after the load was dispatched, which is why the truck didn't show up. This call is documented in UPS Freight system and was relayed to us by UPS. We would be happy to ship this freight.

The shipment listing was misrepresented and the service provider cancelled This company is good for shipping mail and boxes only Response from terracorelogistics: That's actually incorrect. We handle all private and commercial freight above 70lbs as well as international cargo. However, packaging standards are set in order to protect your freight in transit, and are outlined in all bids placed by our company. Moving something like a snowmobile on a commerical LTL carrier is risky if not packaged according to standards outlined by the NMFTA, namely it should be crated. We'd be happy to transport it if you're able to prepare it properly.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved Shipper made a mistake on my shipment quote; when I was contacted, he immediately informed me of the mistaken quoted price and informed me of what the cost for this load should have been quoted at. Response from terracorelogistics: Shipper's boss cancelled bid to pick up locally. When asked if there were any issues with us that he'd like to discuss, he replied there were no issues. Would be happy to assist with future shipments.
