The customer misrepresented their shipment and I cannot service it.
The customer, being NEW to Uship, did not specify that he needed a lift gate truck to get this loaded, and the item was not palletized and ready to ship when driver was in town to pick it up. I hit the book-it-now option, and was informed of all this after the fact. I don't blame customer, he was very nice & accomodating, but I'll chalk this one up to it being a NEW user, and that Uship should at least have a checklist of info for a shipment.
