An unusual experience for our delivery team. Bid agreement was to have assistance on both ends. He did help some on the pick up, but his father was not really in a physical condition to help with delivery. Also, his mother had our delivery driver remove the old bed. Then he had to wait while she put the linens on the box spring before he could bring the mattress in. Nothing extra was paid for the extra services.
