I have worked with Jay in the past and got a positive result. So when he found me again, I had to use him. Hopefully, I won't have to move again anytime soon. I would definitely recommend him to others as well. Thanks for everything.

Initially, I was irritated becuase I was given a noon time pickup. After no one showed and NO call, it was told that it was suppose to be later than noon. I checked my email and it WAS suppose to be noon. Long story short, a whole day of sitting in the house waiting for nothing. No communication initiated on Jay's part at all. The next morning they were on time. Communication during the trip was good. Delivery was on time. Other than the poor communication on the first day, all was good.

sorry about the confusion we had a delivery and a local job which took longer than we expected which was 3rd floor and no elevator had a long hallway sorry but i am glad that everything went well with your move.
