I wish I could give positive feedback, Ted is personally very nice, pickup went smoothly. Delivered on day we agreed. The neutral feedback is bc his partner Judy was unreliable. Several times was late or never responded at all to calls. Can get obviously impatient with clients. At move was extremely rude, sullen, actually started yanking at blanket under my flat screen tv out of impatience (they were running late), could have seriously damaged it. Sorry to say I was very disappointed.

WOW.....what a great delivery, communications were great, anyone using Ted will not be sorry, Him and Judy are great to work with and met all of my expectations. Rocking chair was delivered with no dings or tears. Thanks guys

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time As much as the service provider tried to get to me, he unfortunately hit too much traffic and was unable to accomodate me. As a result, he recommended I re-list my china cabinet.
