The customer responded by sending me a pick up order via email. We have made arrangements with the pick up location to make pick up on Monday Nov 3.

This was an Auction purchase, I do not believe Shipper has viewed this Truck. Listing measurements and weight are incorrect. Truck is 35' Long and 12' High weighing in at 35 - 40,000 Pounds. Permits needed as well as a Cozad Trailer for transport. The Truck is also INOP and hasn't run in at least 4 years. Can not help itself loading. Will require two industrial tow rigs or one tow and a strong winch to accompli

I am trying to have a date to pick up my item and have not answers to my e-mails. Response from lafountain: We called the number lisyted on the bid details. the person who answered didn't even know what uship is but said he would try to contact the shipper. gave him our phone number. we never heard anything. we would have been more than happy to complete this job if the shipper had contacted us

Rating: Cancellation Left for: applog (191 ) On: 12/9/2008 For: boom truck	I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period NO RESPONSE EITHER PHONE AND MAIL BY SERVICE PROVIDER Response from applog: We did not move this truck but moved another one of the customers trucks. This truck ended up being 35' instead of 22'. Our truck did not have enough room to move this truck.

Response from THEWIFEANDI: Sir ~ You represented your vehicle was Operatable, it was not. No key, Radiator or Brakes. I paid the $300 storage you did not reimburse me for AND waited for you for over 6 hours while you sashaed your way from Mexico after your Siesta!!! You didn't even have enough funds to pay for the transport! Your truck was moved within a 7 day period as agreed in our contract. Do me a favor por fa vor LOOSE MY NUMBER.

We are 6 days later for that. I do not will ship whit them Response from THEWIFEANDI: I won the transport for two vehicles. The Dump Truck I picked up, I paid $300 in storage, waited 5 hours in Naco, AZ so they could take possession, they refused to refund storage! This transport is TWICE the weight at 45,000# and 10' Longer than they listed PLUS storage is due.....these folks clearly don't understand the transport world and DO NOT PAY......
