The package was well wrapped and delivered in undamaged. One thing I disappointed is there is only one man carried the shelf in. My sister had to help to carry it in to the house. We were not allowed to inspect the package before signed.

We were contracted to deliver to garage only. We provide extra service to customer to make sure she was happy with out any extra charges. We only contract to move empty bookcase. They add extra weight to bookcase by packing extra items in shelf. It was completly full. This was not in plans also. We did not charge for extra services or extra time. There was even a picture attached to the back so we had to do extra packing to make sure this was not damaged. We contracted to move one piece not 10.

I was never paid for this shipment. Even if they say they will pay you they do not. Beware of this shipper they are very dishonest. They never return there calls or keep there word. Truckers beware of snakes in sheep clothing. This people are very unprofessional and unreliable.

Then she complained that they had to help tak into house when it was booked to garage only. We went out of our way to help out.
