I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I also talked directly with Uship and I was told that I was to receive a total refund of $519.00. they said no cancellation fees or the $19 would be kept by Uship. Please put everything back into the credit card. Thank you.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Team Tevis did not show up twice and have not contacted me to let me know why. Both times, I have had to be the one to contact them and now they are not returning my calls or my e-mails.
I live on an Island and have a small window to pick up the goods. Our ferry terminal is closed next week for maintenance and I leave on Friday for 3 weeks with my job.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period When I spoke with the provider shortly after booking, we agreed the shipment would take place the third week in October and that they would contact me subsequently to set a firm date/time for pick-up. I have not heard a word from them since. I have left a few voice mail messages, including a message left yesterday clearly stating that I needed a call from them by today at 5pm or I would need to find another provider. I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period This shipper did not ever show up for shipment even after I paid them half the cost. I gave them several opportunities but they never made it happen. I understand there may have been problems on their end but there was essentially NO communication from them. They would not answer phone calls or emails. I would under no circumstance recommend this shipper. The communication was practically non existent and they left me hanging with no options.
