I was on the receiving end of our shipment, and both Robert and Jonathan came to deliver a bulky leather couch, along with a matching chair and ottoman, on a hot Chicago day. Robert called the morning of the scheduled delivery and arrived on the earlier side of the 2 hr range he estimated. The first thing Robert said to me when he arrived was how much they enjoyed meeting my future father-in-law on the pick-up end! They were very pleasant, and carefully did all the unloading at a great price!

I had a last minute transport coming back from California and I used the "Book It Now" feature on this listing for puppy transport from the Sacramento area to Omaha, Nebraska but the shipper needed to make airline reservations to fly ahead and meet me in Omaha to pick up her puppy there and there wasn't enough time for that. We mutually agreed to cancel the "Match" and parted on the best of terms. I look forward to working with her in the future and best of luck. Thanks, Jonathan River(Teamrio).
