Picked up on time. We used a mutually agreed upon location at a shopping center to get the pick up. Driver was friendly loaded the car and provided a receipt, done in 10 minutes. No BS just quick and efficient, business transaction. Car was delivered undamaged and I would recomend them to anyone shipping. Fast Friendly Service.*****
