A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Hello, I am sorry. Living out of the US can be difficult at times. Paying through PayPal I am not fimilar with. The money is on my card,I thought the transation would be done sooner, getting the code digits to complete the payments takes time. I should have given some time between my ebay purchase and getting uShip. I was too excited. On a 5 Star system Tom Duncan Trucking is a 10 Star outfit. I felt at total ease working with Tom and it was my first time to ship a vehicle. Great communication and he even was earlier then discussed. He's great guy and does great business. I won't use anyone else in the future! Thanks again Tom!

you would have thought the man was hauling my kids...looked after my car as if it was his,,seller have thin cover over one window..mr. Duncan recoved it to stop any damage,from the unknow..called all the time to let me know, what an where he was..may never see or hear from Mr.Duncan again..but if you use him,,you'll sleep tonight..price was good;;service better than ever..To Mr.Duncan I say thank you..

Tom was/is the ultimate professional. My boat was delivered in great condition, he kept me informed every step of the way, he was a great communicator. We had some date changes but these were well and timeously advised. I accepted his bid - not the lowest but due to the "Feed Back" on him and he was all it was made out be. Moving cross-country is a pain sometimes, but Mr. Duncan made the transfer of my boat and pick-up as simple as it gets. He went above and beyond at both the pick up and delivery locations without a scratch. Then again it’s the true professionalism you expect from a Marine. After retiring my wife and I bought our new boat, a 47' sailboat, and moved aboard. Our boat is our home and means everything to us. After a Bahamas cruise we decided to move the boat from Florida to the west coast and deliberated extensively over who would do that job. I am very pleased to say that Thomas Duncan was absolutely the right decision. He took great care to ensure the boat was loaded and well prepared for shipment. She arrived on time,after 4000 mi without a scratch. Thanks Tom.
