Boat arrived in great shape and on time and on budget. An overall smooth and positive experience. As I was a bit late getting to the dock, Duncan had already taken all the shrink wrap off the boat and the boat was sitting in the sling waiting to go into the water. I highly recommend td Duncan!!

We at first thought Tom was excellent – he is very attentive and prompt. However, we found that the boat arrived absolutely filthy with diesel and road spatter. He should have warned us about this and suggested shrink wrap protection. He should have told the yard to immediately pressure wash it off. This spatter left permanent stains in the deck and in particular the aluminum deck hardware.

This is ridicoulous.Months after the boat was delivered and left UNATTENDED by the owner IN THE SUN OF Ca. He has complained of the condition of the boat and has tried to convince me that the road film left it is my responsability.In communications since he stated that I "should have told him to shrinkwrap it".IT IS THE OWNERS RESPONSABILITY FOR ALL PREP WORK,LOADING,UNLOADING FEES AND ARRANGEMENTS.And surely the care of it after delivery!The boat arrived as it left!

Thomas did an excellent job moving my 11,000 pound sailboat. He is professional and total focused on offering a quality haul for the client. He communicated well before the haul and during the 2200 trip. If you are looking for a good owner/operator, Thomas is a good choice. Thomas will not always be the low bidder, but I would rather hire a quality when it comes to moving an expensive asset like my boat. If I ever need to move a boat again, I will not hesitate to use Thomas again. Miles D
